Definitely best suited as an INT captain, all Towel Nami can really do is convert PSY orbs to INT with decent stats.

Special: Reduce enemy HP by 10% and half enemy defense for 2 turns.
Hawkins has nice stats and his special does a variety of things which can be very helpful depending on the situation.
Thunderbolt Tempo Nami:
HP: 1262. ATK: 1088. RCV: 387
Special: 15X damage to all enemies.
Thunderbolt Tempo Nami is better than Towel Nami only for a Striker team. This Nami has a higher ATK and RCV than her counterpart and that's it.
HP: 3900. ATK: 1120. RCV: 118
Special: STR and DEX into INT orbs.
Gecko Moriah, on a Striker team, is only useful for his insane health. His special converts orbs into INT, which won't help with Strikers. If you want a ton of health for a Striker team, use Moriah.
HP: 1890 ATK: 900 RCV: 380
Special: 5000 fixed damage to 1 enemy and 1.5X orb boost for 1 turn.
Nami's stats could be better, but her special is a decent orb booster. She actually would be the most useful Nami on a striker team because INT teams should always use Towel Nami. Log Nami has decent stats and a helpful special, and a voice! Pretty Good.
Mirage Tempo Nami:
HP: 840. ATK: 543. RCV: 219
Special: Nullify INT Damage for 1 turn.
Mirage Tempo Nami can nullify INT damage, but compared to the other characters that can nullify damage, Nami's stats suck.
HP: 2210 ATK: 1220. RCV: 208
Special: Poison 1 enemy.
Crocodile has pretty great stats, but his special poisons an enemy, and that isn't too great.
